About Us

Bill has over 35 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry. He started his career as a welder and quickly gained expertise in the plumbing and HVAC fields. Over the years Bill managed large projects, both in the field and from the office, ultimately becoming the Vice President of a large local mechanical contractor. In 2010, Bill had the vision to form his own company and with the talents of his son, Bill Jr., and brother, Mike, Elite Plumbing, Heating & AC was founded. Bill's strengths are in the large commercial and industrial settings.

Bill, Jr. has over 10 years of experience in the commercial and mechanical construction industries. He gained knowledge of the industry while working as a project manager for one of the area's largest mechanical contractors. In 2010, Bill worked along with his father and uncle to establish Elite Plumbing, Heating & AC and is now responsible for commercial estimating and project management.

After acquiring his bachelor of science degree in Business and Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Mike began his 30 year career in the transportation/trucking industry. In 2010, he played an instrumental part in the startup of Elite Plumbing, Heating & AC. Mike handles all business aspects of the company, including Human Resources and all financial components.

Chris gained knowledge in the mechanical field while working summers at Elite Plumbing, Heating & AC while attending college. He began working full time in 2012, and is now in charge of the service and preventative maintenance work. Chris is also responsible for system startup and warranties.

Phil has over 30 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC fields. Phil brings with him field experience obtained while working for several large mechanical contractors. Phil's field experience plays an integral part in achieving a comprehensive estimate.
